To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will arrange to meet the chairman of Plymouth health authority to discuss health services in Plymouth.

There are no present plans to do so. Ministers do, however, have regular meetings with regional health authority chairmen from whom we receive first-hand accounts of current developments within their regions.
