§ Mr. MooreIt is expected that the first stage of the relocation study will be completed in the spring of this year. The study is being carried out as a part of the continuing requirement to ensure that the administration of the Department is carried out in the most efficient and cost-effective way: a requirement to which I attach the greatest importance.
