§ Mr. LuceThe scheme continues to bring a stream of new sponsors into the arts, attracting 216 first-time business sponsors in 1987. As I announced in the House on 26 January at column 154, the scheme will be strengthened and extended in 1988–89 to reflect the existing and anticipated growth in sponsorship.
