(2) what additional regulations or advice his Department will produce to ensure that the disclosure of personal data from the community charge register complies with the terms of the third data protection principle; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. LangMy right hon. and learned Friend is considering this matter. Compliance with the Data Protection Act 1984 and the data protection principles is a matter for individual community charge registration officers and local authorities.
