§ Mr. McAllionTo ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what percentage of those who are eligible to vote in local government elections in(a) Tayside region and (b) Dundee district authority are (i) domestic ratepayers, (ii) spouses of domestic ratepayers and (iii) people who receive any relief from domestic rates because of special needs.
