§ Mr. DunnSince the introduction of the Education Reform Bill, the Department of Education and Science has received some 1,200 letters about education in inner London. My right hon. Friend announced on 4 February at columns 1178–9 that the Government had decided to introduce amendments to the Education Reform Bill, with the aim of transferring responsibility for education to the inner London boroughs and the City of London from 1 April 1990.
