HC Deb 05 February 1988 vol 126 c768W
Ms. Richardson

To ask the Prime Minister what is the Cabinet Office policy on sexual harassment at work; whether guidance has been issued to staff on reporting complaints; what is the number of complaints which have been reported in the past five years; and what disciplinary action has been taken.

The Prime Minister

The Cabinet Office is totally opposed to sexual harassment at work. No specific guidance has been issued on reporting these matters. Complaints should go to the personnel manager or welfare officer. None has been reported in the past five years.
