We are currently considering proposals from the Manpower Services Commission for the operation of the new adult training programme which will replace the community programme, training linked to the community programme, the old job training scheme, the wider opportunities training programme (and some other programmes) from September 1988.
Estimates for the level of payments for these existing programmes have therefore been made for the period up to the end of August 1988.
