§ Mr. GummerAs the Farm Land and Rural Development Bill is still before Parliament and as the subordinate legislation will need to be made when the Bill has received Royal Assent, we cannot launch this scheme until later this year. It would therefore be premature to try to estimate the likely level of interest. There have, however, been an encouraging number of general inquiries.
