§ Mr. GummerFrom time to time, I receive comments from individuals and interested organisations about the current arrangements. The existing agricultural holdings legislation, revised in 1984 after lengthy consultation, represents a careful balance of interest between landlord and tenant and any proposals for change must have the support of the industry.
I am always, of course, ready to consider any ideas the industry puts to me on an agreed basis.
