§ Mr. EggarWe are currently implementing a number of recommendations arising out of our 1986 survey to improve the defences of the dependent territories against drug-trafficking. These have included assistance with training and advice, and provision of detection and surveillance equipment, including an aircraft and police launch. It is part of our continuing programme to combat drug-trafficking in the Caribbean as a whole, in cooperation with regional Governments and the Government of the United States.
