To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) what is the cost of the alterations to the former Foreign and Commonwealth Office radio station at Kings Standing, Sussex for uses as a nuclear shelter;

(2) what use is to be made by the general public of the nuclear shelter currently under construction at Kings Standing in Sussex.
