The Minister of State, Department of the Environment (The Earl of Caithness)The recommendation of the Reviewing Committee on the Export of Works of Art is currently under consideration between the Office of Arts and Libraries, which is concerned with protecting heritage objects, and the Department of Trade and Industry, which has statutory responsibility for export licensing.
