§ Mr. Chris PattenSome $211 million has so far been committed to immunisation projects. UNICEF estimates that 50 per cent. of the children of the developing world 461W have already been reached and 1.3 million lives saved each year. On present trends, over 70 per cent. of the developing world's children will be vaccinated by 1990.
Her Majesty's Government have contributed £5.31 million bilaterally to the immunisation programme and we are also contributing through the European Community.
