§ The Prime MinisterI have appointed Mr. Wicks as my personal representative for economic summits in succession to Sir Robert Armstrong, who retired on 31 December 1987.
Mr. Wicks is well equipped by his Treasury background and by his current position as my principal private secretary for this role.
