Mr. Dobson

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish a table showing income support expenditure in 1988–89 broken down into claimant groups as in table 8b in the "Estimated Impact of the Reformed Structure of Income-related Benefits" which will receive(a) more and (b) less than if supplementary benefit had continued with a normal uprating (i) including and (ii) excluding the compensation for 20 per cent. contribution to rates.
