To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what was the cost of delivering volume 129 of the green-boundOfficial Report to hon. Members' homes (a) by Securicor delivery and (b) through the Royal Mail.

The rates negotiated by HMSO with Securicor are commercially sensitive but show an appreciable saving over Royal Mail for dispatches such as bound volumes of theOfficial Report.
