To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations he has received about the effect of the Electricity Bill on Scotland.

Since the publication of the Electricity Bill on 1 December my right hon. and learned Friend has received four written representations. In addition, I have met representatives of the Scottish Electricity trade unions committee when a range of matters relating to the Electricity Bill was discussed.
