To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if he will publish a table showing the combined value of child tax allowance after clawback and family allowance or child benefit for families at(a) half average earnings, (b) average earnings, (c) twice average earnings and (d) five times average earnings in the years 1958, 1965, 1975, 1985 and the latest date available.
