Mr. HamiltonAside from NATO exercises, the Royal Navy and United States Navy take part in a number of exercises held under national auspices each year, to which other allies are frequently also invited. Details of these exercises in the form requested are classified. In addition, ships and submarines of both navies take part in passage exercises whenever the opportunity arises. These are arranged locally by the vessels involved and information on them is not held centrally.
