What steps they have taken or will take to give educational assistance to the population of the occupied territories of Palestine, given that their universities, colleges and schools are nearly all permanently closed.
§ The Minister of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Lord Glenarthur)We regret that circumstances prevailing in the occupied territories have resulted in the closure of educational institutions and we very much hope that they will be reopened as soon as possible. Meanwhile under our technical co-operation programme we are continuing to bring Palestinians to Britain for training.
