§ Mrs. RumboldThe Department is currently undertaking a feasibility and cost study for Bradford CTC and discussions with sponsors are continuing. It would be premature to make a statement on figures for either capital or recurrent costs to the Department until both the study and discussions have been completed; but, as with all CTCs, the sponsors will be required to make a significant contribution to capital costs.
