Mr. JacksonThe management consultants' report in question was commissioned by Aberdeen university and the University Grants Committee to offer an independent review of the university's financial situation and prospects. Its recommendations concern both planning and funding. They are rightly addressed to the university and the UGC, to which appropriate action now falls.
