§ The Attorney-GeneralThere are currently 37,664 applications awaiting first registration at the Plymouth district land registry. The current average completion time is 40 weeks. This is six weeks less than the average time at the end of October because additional staff have been recruited and trained and more staff-time is now being allocated to first registrations. It is hoped that this improvement will continue.
