§ Baroness TrumpingtonNo. The fruit RCC, like all RCCs, was set up to provide primarily an industry view of the sector's R&D needs. It is nonrepresentational and its membership encompasses a wide range of interests and technical expertise. It will consult widely, thereby providing an opportunity for the submission of consumer views.
