§ Mr. CopeThe Training Agency within my Department keeps under review the series of measures it has adopted to670W ensure that young people from ethnic minorities enjoy full equality of opportunity as regards YTS. I attach particular importance to the agency's attempts to ensure that any obstacles to ethnic minorities joining schemes in the employer-led sector are identified and overcome with the assistance of all parties involved. The Commission for Racial Equality has endorsed the equal opportunities code of practice for YTS.
