§ Mr. Archie HamiltonAll personnel with private vehicles registered with the British Forces Germany licensing centre have now been issued with United Kingdom-style civilian number plates. This action will be completed today. I should like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the excellent work by all those involved in Germany and elsewhere, in this very considerable task, which has involved some 60,000 vehicles and which has been completed in a most timely and efficient manner.
