§ Mr. AtkinsThe report by the communications steering group, "The Infrastructure For Tomorrow", has been 569W published today by HMSO along with an associated report "Evolution of the United Kingdom Communications Infrastructure" by PA consulting group. Copies of both reports have been deposited in the Library of the House. They are being published as a contribution to the discussion about the United Kingdom's future communications infrastructure needs.
