§ Mr. RifkindYes. I intend to make a change to one of the cash limits within my responsibility. The 1988–89 cash limit for Class XVI, Vote 19 (General Register Office for Scotland) will be reduced by £25,000 from £4,951,000 to £4,926,000 as a penalty following a cash limit breach in 1987–88.
