To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, for the latest year available, on the number of man-hours spent by the Metropolitan police on road traffic matters and the cost thereof, and the percentage both these figures represent, of the annual total, by time and by cost.
