HC Deb 13 December 1988 vol 143 c537W
Mr. Flynn

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how many more people he estimates would be eligible for cold weather payments if entitlement were extended to income support claimants with children aged under 11 years and with savings over £500.

Mr. Scott
