§ Mr. Donald ThompsonScientists of my Department have kept a close watch on cod farming experiments in Norway and Scotland. For the foreseeable future the farming of salmon, and the potential for farming higher value marine fish species such as turbot and halibut, are likely to prove more commercially viable.
