§ Mr. Peter LloydArrears of attendance allowance for Mr. Bowell junior, amounting to £774.33 for the period 4 July 1988 to 14 December 1988, have been authorised for payment and will be issued to Mrs. Bowell this week. I very much regret the delay in issuing this payment.
