§ Mr. MellorIt is important that local authorities should respond positively to the challenge of HIV infection and AIDS. Government Departments have issued guidance to assist authorities in this, but it is for individual authorities to decide whether and to what extent they wish to adopt the model policy developed by the Association of London Authorities.
§ 27. Mr. StrangTo ask the Secretary of State for Health what representations he has received following his announcement that health authorities will screen patients anonymously for HIV.
