Dr. ThomasTo ask the Prime Minister if she will make it her policy to request President Gorbachev, during his forthcoming visit to the United Kingdom, to provide financial compensation for British farmers who have suffered economic hardship following contamination of their land and livestock by radioactive fallout from the Chernobyl nuclear accident.
