§ Mr. LuceMost of the 7,000 respondents neither directly supported nor opposed the proposals as a whole. Six respondents supported all the recommendations; 106 rejected them all. As I said on 7 November in reply to the hon. Member for Stoke-on-Trent, North (Ms. Walley) at column14, I intend to make a statement in due course.
