§ Mrs. RumboldThe inner London councils will be responsible for all aspects of their education service, including relevant arts activities, from 1 April 1990. Boroughs have an opportunity to set out their development plans, to be published by 28 February 1989, proposals for this aspect of their service. Certain arts projects, including theatres, have already been discussed jointly by the boroughs.
