§ Mr. Peter LloydLocal offices of the Department are authorised to issue representative samples of social fund forms, including the crisis loan application form, to local advice agencies. I am satisfied that this arrangement is operating effectively. To issue other than representative quantities would be counter-productive as both the forms and the information contained within them are constantly under review.
