To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer how much money was received by the Treasury from road user taxes, broken down into(a) fuel duty, (b) vehicle excise duty, (c) car tax, (d) value added tax on vehicles and (e) value added tax on fuel in each year since 1974–75.
