To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if the Department of Health and Social Services intends to issue guidance to doctors in Northern Ireland on the treatment of myalgic encephalomyelitis; and if he will make a statement.

No. It is not the Department's practice to issue directions on clinical practice to doctors.
