§ Mr. Chris PattenThe latest year for which figures are available is 1987–88. In that year, the cost of holiday visit passages for children of staff of the Overseas Development Administration (formerly the Ministry of Overseas Development) was £22,200. For children of all personnel financed from technical co-operation funds, including technical co-operation officers and supplementees, the cost was £990,000.
