To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster with which European Economic Community countries Britain is running a trade deficit.

In the 12 months to October the United Kingdom had deficits on visible trade with Belgium/Luxembourg, Denmark, Federal Republic of Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal.
