§ Mr. ForthThe Department of Trade and Industry's several concerns in the Data Protection Act are reflected178W by including in the group reviewing its working officials from the market division for the information technology industry, the division responsible for the protection of consumer interests in domestic and trade policy, and the enterprise and deregulation unit which co-ordinates action across Government to remove unnecessary burdens on business.
