§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe supplier of DVLC's paper handling equipment asked to use one of the machines for 10 days to process community charge forms. The request was agreed as the machine was not needed for DVLC work at the time. The forms were processed by company staff, so that there was no reason to consult the DVLC trade unions.
