Who they intend to consult with regard to the appointment of experts on natural medicines to the committee established under Section 4 of the Medicines Act 1968, in view of recent or impending retirements.
§ Lord HeskethWe are consulting the British Herbal Medicine Association and the Faculty of Homoeopathy, among other professional, consumer and industry bodies. These appointments would be effective at the end of 1989. The consultation document is available upon request so as to give wider opportunity for comment. We have placed a copy in the Library.
