§ Mr. BrookeThere are no plans to issue a White Paper on Civil Service recruitment. My Department keeps Civil Service recruitment policies under continuous review, to ensure that they are responsive to changes in both the needs of Departments and in the general labour market, bearing in mind the need to ensure value for money.
