To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what action the Office of Fair Trading proposes to take in the case of Mr. Morton Graham, who has been named on the consumer credit licence issued by the Office of Fair Trading, in spite of a criminal conviction for conspiracy to defraud.

The day-to-day operation of the consumer credit licensing system is the responsibility of the Director General of Fair Trading and I shall ask him to write to the hon. Member.
