§ Mr. WaldegraveOn 18 October we requested the withdrawal of three diplomats from the Iraqi embassy and served an exclusion order on a fourth, all for activities 39W incompatible with their status. It has been the invariable practice of successive Governments not to comment on details of security and intelligence matters.
