§ Mr. Donald ThompsonCurrently there are 170 functional specialist computing staff at programmer level and above, employed in the Ministry's computer services division at Guildford, of whom some 135 are fully trained. Since the beginning of the current financial year 37 trained staff have left and 40 trainee programmers have joined the division. These are comparable figures to those of previous years.
