§ Mr. RyderEconomic Community stocks of most commodities have fallen significantly. Butter stocks are down 80 per cent. over last year and skimmed milk powder stocks virtually eliminated. Wheat stocks have fallen by two thirds since 1985 while beef stocks have fallen by 25 per cent. over the last year.
